band camp was fun
on the first day, we did some stupid thing which involved exerting energy.

People are very interesting to observe.
And anyway, people are being observed by other people all the time.
Everywhere you go, whatever you do, there's always one person who is watching, judging your every move, observing your every habit.
It sounds like no one would be mad enough to observe one person like that, but there's always someone.
Even in your own home.
If your window is facing another block, or someone else's widow or if all your balconies are facing each other, whatever you do, someone is watching.
Even at that very moment when you think no one could be around because your windows are closed and the doors are locked. But are your curtains drawn?
If they're not, someone could see you. They can see you cry alone. If that's true, then you're not really crying alone are you?

Anyone could know what you're doing at any moment.
Some look into your eyes.
They slowly watch your demise.
Observing from a safe distance.
You will never know they're there.
Interesting isn't it?
I'm not talking about ghosts or something. Normal people are watching you.
The way you eat your food, drink your drink.
Whether you gobble or cut and chew moderately.
Whether you slurp or sip quietly.
They from impressions of you.
You don't have to even open your mouth.

Rain.
Not the singer or whoever he is.
The weather.
It's happy.
It's sad.
Depends on your mood doesn't it?
If you're feeling happy, you can go dance in the rain, it's beautiful weather.
If you're feeling down and out, you imagine yourself walking down a busy street in the rain, hands in your pockets, with only your clothes and a jacket, people bustling around you with umbrellas and no one notices you, that's when no one is watching, when you really need someone, no one is watching, it's terrible.
But then again, it wouldn't feel so bad. Imagine feeling like that when it's happy and sunny and children are skipping with their brown lunch bags and humming nursery rhymes.
Rain would still be better.
When it's bad: When you're rushing and need to stay dry.
You're late for an important meeting or occasion.
It's raining outside. It would be crap if you turn up drenched from head to toe with an umbrella that was obviously useless.
That's when it sucks.
Generally, rain is good.

Weather actually can be an interesting topic.
I'm not going to say things that are interesting about the weather. Just random things about it.
Thunder and lighting.
Heavy rain like it's out to get you.
The cold wind blows.
You lose your umbrella.
Your walking alone.
Your late.
Everyone's taken shelter and you seem to be the only one who really needs to get somewhere.
You're young.
You try not to cry as you run.
Your legs get tired.
You start to walk. As you realize the rush, you walk faster.
Tears trickle and land on the ground.
You're at traffic light.
You are crying.
No one is around.
Yet there are so many cars passing.
The traffic never stops.
You're an hour late.
You cry some more.
You tried to hold it in but couldn't.
The uncontrollable circumstances adds to everything.
You hate the world. You hate the weather. It's against you.
It's raining for you.
Just to match your mood.
The cars finally come to a halt.
You rush across the road. Finally.
You enter the building.
Your phone rings. You start to sob.
You walk home alone.
Drenched to the bone.
You start to stroll.
What is it worth anymore.
Now people are out and about.
That's when the rain sucks.

When the rain is good...
I have no story for that.

I'm not feeling happy today...
I was actually okay in the morning, then...

I just kind of appreciate the fact that Felicia actually noticed...
No one else did.

I think maybe MAYBE Jayni might have noticed... But didn't show it.

my seniors teach me A LOT of things
and i don't just mean percussion or maths kind of things or what something is called that has nothing to do with band. but things like introducing me to new music and how to do certain things and stuff

Yesterday, i helped my father do some stuff for his event today

i wrapped prizes
and then labeled them...

then we went to the rooftop cafeteria place thing...
it had only one stall

the rice where you choose what you want and stuff
of course they sell drinks too
and and and
it was nice

then we went back downstairs and i finished up the last of the prizes stuff
and then i started on a Tikam tikam board

step 1: draw lines
step 2: draw more lines
step 3: make sure measurements for the "tikams" are correct (lots and lots of maths involved, seriously)
step 4: draw lines on the Tikam paper thing

i woke up this morning to a crashing sound
*yawwwwwn*

then i had to slug over to toa payoh library to do cip things
with Melina

ended at 1pm
we did shelving stuffs
shelving and shelving
and we shelved the new arrivals =D
i chose a book for susy

a MALAY book, new arrival
wowww
i don't think i've ever seen such a new book in a library before
probably cos i don't go there much
bahahaha

then ummm
uhhh
oh yeah
today is BUS RIDE day
because i got lost on a bloody bus

so stupid

i took 159 instead of 59
i think i wasn't thinking.......
i do that sometimes
HAHAHA

then i took it all the way to sengkang
so i went into compass point
and blah blah blah
after like... almost an hour and a half, i decided to take a bus home.... so i found my way to the interchange and took 159 back in the opposite direction
stopped at tp interchange this time
and then i made sure i took 59 and not any other bus
omg talk about ultimate stupid
ANYWAEEE

i am going to post pics of the halloween thing... BUT without me...

today there was band practise

today i went to Jayni's house after half of junior band

i got to school at 7.30 this morning
during main band prac, Sir did Orion... and then Prince Of Egypt and a short run through of the beginning and ending of The Merry Widow
At the end of Prince Of Egypt then the upper sec started to come
Thanks to this prac, i now can play the Orion Timpani part properly. I am not very good at sight reading...

Jayni, Kinny and I stayed for junior prac, Veronica went off a little after it started. So sad, should've stayed mann
